May I send a package to the hotel prior to arrival?

Yes. Please include the following information on the shipping label when you send your luggage.
1. Name of the person making the reservation (name provided at time of reservation)
2. Check-in date
3. Reservation number, if known
* Please arrange for delivery to be made to the hotel front desk on the same day as check-in.
* We are not able to accept cash on delivery (C.O.D.), refrigerated/frozen items, or food products.
* Front desk hours vary by hotel. Please check and make arrangements to arrive during the opening hours.
