In order to comply with the invoicing system, one receipt will be issued for each payment/transaction (accounting). We are unable to issue receipts that split the accommodation fee for one room per night, or receipts for only part of the accommodation fee.
Example of when we cannot issue a split receipt
✕ Split receipt of ¥6,000 and ¥10,000 for a transaction of ¥16,000 per night per room
✕ Split receipt of ¥10,000 only for a transaction of ¥16,000 per night per room
✕ Split receipt for each person when multiple people are staying in the same room
✕ Split receipt for each room when one credit card is used to pay for the total rate of multiple rooms, etc.
✕ Split receipt for the room rate and incidental sales of set items, such as a breakfast plan
Example of when we can issue a split receipt
* When payment is made by credit card, etc., the amount of each split receipt must be paid separately.
○ Issue of a separate receipt by date for each night of stay, when the first night rate is ¥10,000 and the second night rate is ¥16,000.
○ Issue of one receipt that is itemized by date for each night of stay, when the first night rate is ¥10,000 and the second night rate is ¥16,000.
○ Issue of a separate receipt for the room rate and incidental sales such as use of the car park, etc.
