I Have Not Received A Reservation Confirmation Notification From The Official Website.

If you have not received a Reservation Confirmation Notification, it may be due to the following reasons.
· The reservation has not been completed.
· The e-mail has been filtered into a spam folder.
· Your e-mail is not configured to receive messages from the “@tripla.jp” domain.

If you have not received a notification and need to confirm your reservation, please contact the hotel.
