I have booked a smoking room, but is it possible to change to a non-smoking room?

If non-smoking rooms are available, it is possible to change rooms. After making a new reservation for a non-smoking room on the reservation website, please cancel the reserved smoking room.
If you wish to make a new reservation after the free cancellation period, please contact the hotel in advance.
